Have you heard of the Hyundai Equus?
Labeled the flagship luxury sedan for the South Korean automaker to whom it belongs, the Hyundai Equus combines the perfect blend of sophistication, class, and yet at a price point that still gives it a competitive edge over many of its rivals.
And with the 2014 version of the Equus now available at certified Hyundai dealerships, we at Fox Hyundai thought it to be the perfect opportunity to discuss some of the wonderful aspects of the model that make it what it is and why, despite the fact that its nameplate isn't always considered among luxury consumers, should be given at least a test drive, before said drivers make up their minds.
Starting at $61,920 plus a $920 destination charge, the 2014 Hyundai Equus features a myriad of exterior and interiors augmentations from its 2013 version. These include a new bumper, grille, cleaner more sculpted lines and the addition of standard, LED fog lamps for added sophistication and functionality.
At the very bottom of the new model sit four, brand-new premium 19-inch aluminum alloy wheels with thin-spokes, a turbine-style design and a silver finish. Under the hood, you'll be blown away with the Hyundai Equus' 429 horsepower output, derived from its sturdy 5.0-liter Tau V8 engine.
