As country singer Jerry Reed once sang, 'when you're hot, you're hot'. Such is the case with our choice South Korean automaker. You see, Hyundai Motor America is reporting that last month marked the brand's highest-selling November on record.
More specifically, the South Korean brand completed last month with a tallied 56,005 new Hyundai vehicles distributed to drivers across the United States. As previously mentioned, that number is a record-breaker. It also accounts for a five percent increase in sales from the November previously.
Breaking down the numbers, we at Fox Hyundai are pleased to report that last month's impressive deliveries are headlined by the Accent and Santa Fe Sport. These models recorded sales augmented 42 percent and 43 percent respectively. Meanwhile the Equus and Elantra each elevated their distributions by a hearty five percent and the Veloster has numbers that are up six percent.
As far as recently refreshed models are concerned, President and CEO of Hyundai Motor America, John Krafcik, explains that, "We continue to see strong demand across our lineup, with consumer interest especially high for the 2014 model year updates we've made to the Sonata, Santa Fe and Tucson".1
Needless to say, sales continue to climb across the brand's lineup.
