One of the outstanding safety features available on the all-new Hyundai Palisade is smart cruise control with stop and go. You set this cruise control like any other cruise control. However, this system checks for slower traffic ahead and will slow down if necessary. If you stop, this system will accelerate back to the pre-set speed.
In order to provide maximum safety, the Palisade is equipped with forward collision-avoidance assistance. Sensors check ahead for cars and pedestrians. If someone or something is detected ahead, you will be alerted. The brakes will apply if the system deems that it is necessary.
