Thanks in large part to the continued popularity of Hyundai's collection of Crossover Utility Vehicles (CUVs), Hyundai Motor America proudly posted record sales with its best August ever. The leaders of the pack in sales increases were the Santa Fe (up 69 percent), the Santa Fe Sport (up 21 percent), and the Tucson (up 15 percent).

Last month, Hyundai was honored by Newsweek in the magazine's 2016 Green Rankings. Created in a partnership with Corporate Knights and HIP Investor, the rankings assess the 500 largest publicly-traded companies in the United States and the 500 largest publicly-traded companies globally on overall environmental performance...

In a press release from earlier this morning, Hyundai proudly announced that the all-new 2017 Elantra was recently honored with the 2016 International Design Excellence (IDEA®) Bronze in the Automotive & Transportation 2016 Category. One of more than 1,700 design projects from more than 30 countries, Elantra's outstanding and unique design earned it coveted recognition in the crowded compact car segment...

Yesterday, Hyundai issued a press release announcing that the 2016 Tucson was recently named to the Parents magazine and Edmunds.com list of 10 Best Family Cars of 2016. The two trusted outlets collaborated on their ninth annual list, ranking vehicles based on factors such as safety, kid-friendliness, spaciousness, ride quality, value, reliability, and more...

It's another record-setting sales month for Hyundai. The South Korean automaker announced yesterday that it saw its best all-time sales of 71,006 unites for the month of May. This growth is up 12 percent from last year and is "led by exceptionally strong sales from the company’s family of CUVs."

Continuing its winning streak in brilliant fashion, the 2016 Hyundai Veloster was given a Best Value in America award by Vincentric. This award brings the Veloster to its 4th year as a Best Value in America award recipient, but it is sharing some of the glory this year, because the 2016 Hyundai Elantra was also given this fine distinction. Here at Fox Hyundai, we love to see our great vehicles winning awards, but getting a twofer is quite the treat.
